CANCELLATION POLICY
At Blades and Beauty, every appointment is intentionally reserved just for you. With nearly 10 years of experience behind the chair, I take great pride in preparing for each guest — from customizing color formulas and treatments to thoughtfully setting the tone for a warm, relaxing experience in my private studio. I completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice so I can offer that time to another guest who may be waiting. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may require a fee before booking future appointments. This policy allows me to protect the time, preparation, and care that goes into each appointment while continuing to provide the elevated, personalized experience you deserve.
